At the hub of the Claims, Loss Control and Marketing Departments lies the Operations Department which provides both internal support to WSRMP staff, as well as external support to our membership in the areas of exposure data collection/maintenance, vehicle accident kits/proof of insurance cards, and ancillary coverages such as student field trip, builders risk and underground storage tank coverages.  Starting with our friendly receptionist, the Operations Department is committed to connecting our members with the staff and resources they need.
